Warranty & Handling

MHP International’s brand stands by the quality of its fiberglass planters. Each planter carries a three (3) year warranty from the time of acceptance of the product.

Warranty coverage: MHP International warrants that products are of quality material and workmanship and are free from manufacturing defects. At MHP International’s sole discretion, defective items will be repaired, exchanged or credited for the original purchase price.

Warranty exclusions: Mishandling, misuse, abuse, failure to follow directions for use, unauthorized modification, neglect, accidents or other hazards to the product void the warranty. Storing planters in wet/steamy cartons or standing water may damage the finish — normal use allowing water to immediately drain will not cause harm.

Each order confirmation includes handling and planting instructions. Please ensure outdoor containers drain sufficiently — especially in regions subject to freezing conditions.
